FCC Connection error

When setting up a FCCS connection in our Planning/Free-form applications we receive an error.

We are setting up connections for data push to and forms from a FCCS application. All are on the same instance. This has worked previously, but recently we are unable to set up a connection. For other types of applications we are able to set up connections no problem. The error we receive is:

"The URL provided is not for a service of type Financial Consolidation and Close. Editing a connection to connect to a new service type could cause navigation flows to break. Oracle recommends creating a new connection instead."
