Possible to add collaborators to the requisition/offer automatically

Summary:

Hi all,

We are currently facing the issue that our client has a fixed set of collaborators for each requisition (depending on country, legal employer and field of work) that always have to be assigned to a requisition. The same holds true for all job offers. Right now, this is a tideous manual process.

Is there a way to automate this process? Does anyone have an idea for a workaround?
