Deleting Position Synchronization Action Row from Assignments

Summary:

Often there will be position synchronization action rows that gets created, and if we need to delete this from screen, there will be error that we cannot delete a row which is synchronized from position. Though it is seeded behavior of application, oracle has provided a workaround to delete these rows which are synchronized from positions.

The only way to delete the position synchronization rows from screen is to update its action to Change Assignment or any other relevant one via HDL, after the action gets updated from Synchronization from Position to Change Assignment, we can easily delete these entries from screen.
