How can I access the Create Accounting Execution Report Submitted by another user

Create accounting was submitted by a user and sends me a copy of the Create Accounting Execution report to analyze the errors. What role do I need to be able to access the Create Accounting Execution Report directly from Scheduled Process and searching by submitter. I already have ESS Administrator role but I sill cannot access the output.
