(reports) make consolidated report fully dynamic for the entities in scope

Summary:

Can we have conditional suppression on an entity for the periods that it is not in scope yet for consolidation? We are indeed registering the data for this entity before its effective acquisition date.

We have a consolidated report where we show bottom members of the selected consolidating scope. We are looking for a way to make this dynamic.

• If for period A the entity is out of scope => entity should be hidden
• If for period B the entity is in scope => entity should be shown
