How to add a action menu (linking to a data form) in Approvals card in Oracle EPM EPBCS Application

Summary:

 In Oracle EPM EPBCS Application, under Approvals tab, we added a certain data (marked in yellow) for user's view. Now we want to link a form to it. So that when user clicks on it. The data form will open showing the detailed calculations.

I understand it’s a function of an action menu. Is it possible to link an action menu here where data is shown (marked/highlighted in yellow).
