Hi all

We migrated recently to OCI and we have a firewall for which we opened various IPs and all is working fine, we can connect to the OCI cloud and Planning applications.

However when we try to run a groovy script, we get the following error:

A method called by the script failed on line: 10, with error: EPMAT-1: unable to access the environment. If IP allow list is enabled on the environment, add the client machine’s public IP address to the allow list.

As the script is connecting the application Planning, I do not see how we can add the public IP, because we have added the OCI cloud global IP:

Howdy, Stranger!
