2 issues when Creating Asset from UI

Summary:

This is a new SIT instance and I have done all the setups similar to the Dev Instances. I am seeing 2 issues and would appreciate any help

  1. When I navigate to Service -> Installed Base Asset --> Create button, I get the following error immediately --> Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300000004796385 ]. 300000004796385 is one of the Inventory Org Ids, not sure why its showing up here.
  2. When I press Ok, in this error I get the regular Create Asset UI and I am unable to select the Item I want (I tried a few). I have confirmed that these items have "Enable Asset Tracking" set to Full Lifecycle.
