Approval using Job level and approval chain of Cost Center Manager

Hi,

We want to setup approvals for Agreements(BPA/CPA) based on job level and approval chain of cost center manager.

There are 50+ cost centers and their respective managers. The structure is such that, the first line of approval should route to CC manger if within a specific amount range. If the agreement amount breaches a certain value it should route to next level, that CC manages' manager.

Since we do not have any link to CC and their managers on agreements(BPA/CPA) we have taken a DFF based approach, a DFF having values of all CC managers. System will route the first level of approval to the manager name that is populated under that DFF attribute but system is not able to follow the upward hierarchy for the second level (when amount breaches a thresold) and send to that mangers' manager.
