Sales Order is in "Not Started" Status
Sales Order is in "Not Started" Status, but the inventory is available to transact. I've run the Recover Errors process and it did not move the order to Awaiting Shipping.
The Order Orchestration shows the following error:
Order Management can't process fulfillment line 1-1, for item M10528A because the orchestration process isn't on a wait step or it doesn't respond. (DOO-2685447) Details: Recover the order, the orchestration process, or fulfillment task. It might be necessary to recover because the fulfillment line might already be beyond the wait step.
