Is there an easy way to assign access to Author/Reviewer for each doclet/section in a Report Package

Scenario: Currently we have many Report Packages under which we have multiple doclets and sections, we have to assign access Author/Reviewer to each doclet and it's a pain doing it manually, has anyone found a way to do it using Epmautomate or any other means?
