Interorg Transfer with Shipping Documents

Summary:

My customer needs to ship/transfer material from Org A to Org B - an in-transit interorg transfer. As the material will be moving across boarders, they require the system to generate the relevant shipping documents.

When I setup the interorg parameters with Transfer Order required, I'm not able to select Org B when creating the Interorganization Transfer. If I try to create a Supply Request (for transfer order), I select destination type Inventory, but I cannot select the Destination Org.

If I then uncheck the Transfer Order required flag on the interorg parameter, I am able to select Org B when creating the Interorganization Transfer but then the system doesn't generate the shipping document.
