ERP integration to API via groovy sript trigger

Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications 23D (11.13.23.10.0)

There is a requirement to send the ProjectID when condition is met and call the API of the non-oracle app and create a record to target app based on the record created in Projects. When trying the simple script to println, it is not showing in Runtime Messages so cannot confirm if trigger was activated.

Can this be achieved for ERP Cloud>Projects

  1. Create a trigger to call the webservice
  2. show the logs in Runtime messages
  3. Do a REST API call and POST on target application
