call BI report from start web form even of process automation

Summary:

there is a requirement that while user create a task for a process application with start form event from process workspace he/she could query about specific Purchase Ordere ,select one of PO LINES ,then submit selected data to next activity in Opa ,the issue is ..could we achive this requirement( by call BI report(PO lines) on a form of process automation ) or by any other approch?
