single api call for HDL loader

Summary:

Hi, We have an HCM inbound integration, where we are looking to import data using HDL loader using webservices.

The approach to load data using HCMDataLoader service seems 3 calls to Oracle, ie 1- Upload file to UCM, 2- call HDL import job, 3- Fetch job status.

We are looking for a solution\API service to make only 1 call which can upload\load and notify regarding the status for HCM loader job.

do we have such api available. kindly suggest.
