Summary: Can someone please confirm why uploaded revisions is greyed out for us? Is it enabled only when we are using contract terms functionality?

We as an organisation are using only Buy side enterprise contracts functionality that too only as a contract repository i.e. contract authoring, signature, etc is all done in a separate tool and then the contract is captured in enterprise contracts module with appropriate details
