Ability to Hide DB Objects (Forms/Grids/Visualizations) Without Data in Dashboards 2.0

Summary:

Working in Planning DBs in modules, and thought it would be nice if we could have a setting on a dashboard where we could suppress forms which don't have data.

Use Case:

  1. Combine the driver and the trend in a dashboard by adding both forms (2) in the top section side by side, and visualizations in the bottom section in the same manner.
  2. Use a variable to house the hierarchies for trend and driver and two hierarchies as a guide (Var: "DriverTrend",{Driver_Hierarchy,Trend_Hierarchy}).
  3. Driver and trend dashboards could be combined together, or really any dashboard with similar outcomes/POVs.
