We want to define changeover time based on a combination of attributes in Production Scheduling

If we have attribute 1 which has values as A,B & C and we have Attribute 2 having value 1,2 & 3, we want different changeover time between combination of A1 to A2, A1 to B1, B1 to B2 and so on. Is there a way to achieve this?
