Need to add email hyperlink in hard stop validation message in Oracle CPQ

Use case:

When Sales Rep adds a suspended account in Oracle CPQ, we have a hard stop validation.

Client has requested to add an email ID in the hard stop validation message.

So, Sales Rep will view the validation message and will contact the email in the validation message.

Requirements is to add the email ID with hyperlink. So that when Sales Rep clicks on the hyperlink a new email window will open with the email ID populated.
