Read-only cell based on smartlist via Groovy script

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Our requirement is to do cell read only based on the Smart list value. Smartlist is created based "Create From Member" option using Period dimension.

Smart list name is SL_Month and its attached to "Plan Departure" account dimension member.

So If(Plan Departure) == "Mar" then "Jan" to "Mar" cell should display as read-only.
