FCCS | Snapshot Import Fails for Data Load rule

We´re trying to import snapshot from test environment to production environment and we´re receiving an error related to import for FDMEE artifacts, resulting in the error message:

"EPMFDM-140075:Import for Data Load Rule failed."

We tried steps from Doc ID 2785185.1 from oracle support and folow the steps solution, but we keep receiving the error message about Data Load Rule.

Can someone help us?
