Is there a way for job process to automatically be submitted when a new user is created via REST API

Summary:

We are trying to explore using REST API in creating user resources in Oracle Sales Cloud. Based on the documentation on creating users using REST API, there are job process that is required to be ran after the creation of the user resource. I would like to know if there is a way for these job processes to automatically be submitted/ran when a new user resource has been created via REST API. Thank you in advance.
