when we click on a release button then PCS need to trigger

when we click on a release button then PCS need to trigger and it needs to sent approval for the project manager for that project ID from the source section and once if he approved it need to send for the target side manager for the approval (we can find source and target details from manage allocation rules)once he is approved then the projects needs to released and status need to change like release successful.
