Application Performance Monitoring - Real User Monitoring

Has anyone set up APM RUM using the Browser Agent for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM? We need to see end-user metrics, and there is a script, but we don't know the best place to put it. The script needs to be on every page.

Some other questions I have:

-Where is the best place to put the script?

-Have you seen any negative performance impacts?
