User is not able to delete a folder in new Reports card in EPBCS

Summary:

A user who is a power user is able to delete the report in a folder but not able to delete the folder in new Reports card(MR) in EPBCS. User is having write access to the folder which needs to be deleted and also the parent folder of it. The folder is created by the user only.

According to the below link, I believe that it would be possible to delete the folder by the user.
