Distribution payload for creating debit memo using SOAP webservice

I am currently working on creating a debit memo using this SOAP service: /fscmService/DebitMemoService. However, I've encountered an issue (ORA-20001) related to invalid or closed transaction distributions.

I would like to inquire if there is a method to include distribution details during the creation of the debit memo using the SOAP service.
