Summary:

We were trying to withdraw a few learners who were in Pending Active, Waitlisted, Pending Seat Acceptance, Pending Prerequisite, Pending Fulfillment, Requested and Not Passed statuses through HDL load, but it failed. We can withdraw the employees in these statuses manually but it is not allowing via HDL. We were doing this in our lower testing environment.

We can withdraw the employees in these statuses manually but it is not allowing via HDL. We were doing this in our lower testing environment. Can you please let me know if it is possible to withdraw learners in these aforementioned statuses through HDL upload. I am attaching the screenshot for the error message that we are getting while trying the HDL upload.
