Summary:

We were just upgraded to 23D and currently we are experiencing on all our environments the error message "Unable to read file" while opening the Excel file which was generated out of CPQ.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have 2 different types of Excel files that can be generated from CPQ:

  1. quote in excel format once it is accomplished - this file is working fine
  2. quote format to load it to our ERP system - this is throwing the "Unable to read file" message once file is downloaded to local computer and trying to open it
