Provision for taxes withheld in AP

Summary:

Is there a temporary table that shows the taxes to be withheld in an NF in AP? Since the tax will be withheld at the time of payment, but there is a need to know the amount of these withholdings, before they are withheld. For provision of withholding taxes. Or any report that presents the provision of these taxes?

In EBS there was a patch that was applied and brought a temporary table with this information of the taxes to be withheld at the time of payment. There is something similar in Cloud in version 23C.
