Earning ID & Measure Result ID Re-Generation Query

Summary:

Let us assume there are 5 components in a plan and under that let’s say for two components If we create a new measure in an existing component and change existing measure expressions, but those measure changes are not applicable for already paid transactions, but still will system generate new earning id and new measure result id for already paid transactions components as well ?
