feasibility of request for new rule based on dollar value threshold route PO to specified approver.

Summary:

We have had a few instances lately where a PO total was entered in error, as billions or trillions of dollars, and was approved by an approver and later was revised or cancelled. We would like to set a rule that any PO over a certain amount (for example $200M) will route to a certain person (for example Christina Chai, Supply Chain leader) as the final approver on the PO. Could you please check the feasibility to see if we would be able to do this, and if so, the steps to configure,
