Consigned item planning

Summary:

We have business case wherein we want to plan on consigned items.

Our item structure for the assembly item includes primary component without consigned items and alternate items with consgined items.

So we want a plan wherein we want the primary component to be not planned and the supply plan to only see the alternate item structure with consigned items. So that if there is supply on the primary component we dont want that to be visible to the supply plan as well.

Since we have one item structure used in multiple plans so we cannot modify the item structure we make the primary componet as not planned in the simulation set
