Summary: Can we restrict the system from creating the retainage Release Invoice in the Payables module at the same time as we create the Retainage Invoice?

Hi Team

Hope you are doing well

Is there a way for the system to automatically generate the retainage release at the Complex PO Level upon reaching 100% work completion?

As of right now, even if we don't have 100% of the work completed, we manually create the retainage release invoice. The system doesn't prevent us from doing so when I create the retainage invoice.

Our client's expectation is that the user will only be able to produce a retainage release once all services have been rendered to their satisfaction.
