When VBA trigger FCCS business rule, if we just trigger the business rule with pop-up window and let users to input and launch the business rule, it can be launched successfully.

If we use VBA to directly pass in the parameters we want (entity, period, etc), it cannot be written in, which will let the business rule launch failed. But it should be successfully passed in and BR launch successfully.
