Is there a way we can manage admin password expiration

Summary:

We recently moved to EPM Gen2 and since then we are not able to manage or predict the password expiration for Admin userids. It appears that when the Admin userid is locked, we always need to reset the password in order to unlock it. When we reset the password ( minimum of 12 chars and cannot repeat the last 4 passwords), it means we need encrypt the new password. Otherwise, our batch scripts will fail in prod.

It appears userids are being shared when they are on the same domain – both non-prod and prod. So when the  credentials expires, jobs in non-prod and prod will fail due to “invalid credentials”.
