Need help building a security role for specific group of users

In Oracle HCM Fusion, is it possible to create a security role where a user can only see a person's home address, personal phone, personal email, but not other sensitive data points like DOB or SSN?

We have a select group of users who need self service access to these data points but all of the roles we are aware of grant too much access to the person's record. Any guidance / recommendations on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
