Unable to update COUNTRY PROPERTY using Values List from PROPERTIES page

we will have to change the name of the country from Turkey to Türkiye

This property is being used in Legal Entity and Location viewpoints. We have created a few values with the country Turkey.

Now, we are trying to change this to Türkiye from the Properties page using the Edit button. The page is allowing me to save and come out successfully. But, the latest changes are not getting captured when we come back and check again.

Can you please let me know how can we update?
