EDMCS Start Date Not Sticky (loaded value -2 years) when loaded from Excel

When loading up new GL branch / Segment values, we just noticed that the Start Date is not sticking when loaded via Excel template or updated manually in a system request.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

For example, if I input the Start Date as 1/1/2024 in either excel (then load) or manually in the system request, it reverts back to 1/1/2022. If I load it as 1/2/2024, it sticks.

The current workaround is that I can choose, 1/1/2026 as the start date and it reverts back 2 years to 1/1/2024 for the start date. Obviously not optimal and something is amiss.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? Again...seems to only be an issue if setting start date as 1/1/XX of any year.
