Create Project from Template without Tasks using REST API

Summary:

We are creating projects using /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/projects, where we are passing a template in the field SourceTemplateName.

The project is created along all the Tasks that are present in the template.

Our requirement is to only create the Project based on the Template and not copy any Tasks to the newly created Project.

Is that possible using REST API?
