Unable to enable context sensitive for Purchasing po_line oracle fusion

Summary:

I was trying to create a context sensitive descriptive flexfields for PO_LINE and I was following this doc(23921-9-658087.docx)

I finished the configuration of the context and the segments:

But when I wanted to search for the respective Configure Purchasing Business Function I couldnt find the bussines object.

I could only find Configure Procurement Business Function but there is no context prompt selected on it:

And when I created a sandbox my flexfields are not rendered and it doesn't allow me to change the checkbox



Could you please help me
