How to do some changes on Project creation screen when I want to create a project with template

Hi Team

Can anyone guide me, want some changes on Project creation screen when I want to create a project with template.

1 From screen shot 1 If I select “Yes” for GP CAPEX Expansion the yellow highlighted GP Maintenance CAPEX field should be grayed out.

2. From screen shot 2 If I select “No” for GP CAPEX Expansion the yellow highlighted GP CAPEX Percentage field should be grayed out and GP Maintenance CAPEX field should default the value to “Maintenance CAPEX”
