Load Configuration 3D Pattern not working

Summary:

I have setup a new "Load Configuration 3D Pattern" which looks like below:

I have a sample order release with lineitems which have the these 4 THUs. When I plan this Order Release into a Shipment, I can see the 3D view however the planning doesn't honor the sequence in which these THUs must be placed inside the container which I've configured here. I've enabled all possible Parameter Sets & Logic Configuration but still it is not working. Any suggestions or ideas would be really appreaciated.
