No UI for Updating or Adding to Planning Approved Supplier List?

Summary:

We are using SCM and Procurement but want to use Planning ASL as it allows for Processing Lead Time which is not on the procurement ASL.

Is there no ability to edit or create an ASL in planning without the FBDI?

Sees like there is not and that would not be a clear solution. FBDI would be helpful for large updates but daily we maintain these values.
