Is there a way to separate the standard reqs from punchout reqs

Currently, the behavior is that when adding item to the cart by punch out process , then clicking the home button and then adding a new item defined in oracle to the cart, the system is adding both these lines as part of single requisition.

But, when adding item to the cart by punch out process , then clicking the Save and close button on the requisition page and then adding a new item defined in oracle to the cart, the system is adding both these lines as part of two separate requisitions.

However, the requirement is to separate these requisitions at all times. Is there any setup in oracle fusion cloud to achieve this?
