Make an attribute read only after that the first item has been added to the line item grid

Hello,

We have a quote and some attributes of the quote drive the type of products you can add to the quote. So, when you add the first product, then the other products you can add to the quote need to have the valus of the attributes that drive the products choice.

For this reason, it is mandatory that once added the first product, the value of these attributes can't be changed anymore.

Is there a way to have a read only that is driven by the addition of the first product to the line item grid?
