How to add a link below "In-app notification" in Workflow Notification sub template

Summary:

We have PingID and Azure logins enabled for our client. In the email notification that we receive for workfow transaction, there is a "In-app notification" button which takes them to Ping ID login since that is the default login option. So we have a requirement to add a custom link in the workflow Notification sub template below "In-app notification" button.

We have PingID and Azure logins enabled for our client. In the email notification that we receive for workfow transaction, there is a "In-app notification" button which takes them to Ping ID login since that is the default login option. So we have a requirement to add a custom link in the workflow Notification sub template below "In-app notification" button which will point to Azure login. I tried editing the code in the template to add this cutom button but it doesn't seems to work. Attached is the template here for your reference.
