To have automatic conversion of quantity when switching from primary UOM to secondary UOM.

Client is using primary UOM for planning and secondary UOM for purchasing

Example: 

i. Primary UOM (Used by Planning team): MSI (Area)

ii. Secondary UOM (Used by Purchasing team): Feet (length)

When client create Purchase order and changes it's UOM from Primary to secondary, automatic conversion of quantity should happen based on UOM conversion defined.

1 MSI = 100 Feet

let's say planner has created Purchase Requisition for 10 MSI but now buyer have to change UOM from MSI to Feet and requirement is quantity should change automatically to 1000 from 10 as per UOM conversion when change in UOM from primary to secondary.
