Block issue running on-demand rule to copy entity data to another

Summary:

Using on-demand calculation script to copy data from one entity to another. Calculation not running because of missing block

Content:

"Entity_A" has data in "FCCS_Managed Data" in multiple "Custom1" and "Account" base members.

Data needs to be copied to "Entity_B" in "FCCS_Data Input" in respective dimension members. There is no block on "Entity_B"

Entity is restricted member so cant be used in FIX or Left Hand Side of expressions. The data source member is redirecting so the front-end Data Copy option cant be used. How do we createblocks for "Entity_B" so the load is successful?
