Create External Bank Account to an Employee using rest api

Dear All,

I am trying to create an external bank account for an employee using this API: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/externalBankAccounts.

The API returns an error: This combination of party and payment function is invalid based on the usage assignment of the party in Trading Community Architecture. (IBY-825839).

But after I create an external bank account manually for the employee a warning shown in the UI: Some installments don't have bank accounts specified. Do you want to specify this bank account for those installments? As shown the picture below:

If I specify yes and create an external bank account manually, I am able to create any external bank account using the endpoint shown above.
