Inventory 24A tile "My Receipts(New)" shows Receipts for Closed PO's, why and how to remove them?

Search for receips in the past:

It occurs more often than once that a receipt is shown for a closed PO. When I look in the system and I look more precisely; the same order-nr is for another Supplier:

  • PO = Staffing Services
  • Receipt = Lee Supplies

Why is this and how can we remove this Receipt-suggestion?

Any help is appreciated.
